A bad boy wrapped in a sexy, muscled, grown-up package might be worth a little risk…

Molly Webster has always followed the rules. After an ugly scandal tore apart her childhood and made her the focus of the media’s harsh spotlight, she vowed to live an ordinary life. No fame. No impropriety. No pain. Then she meets Zachary Fox, a tattooed bad boy rocker with a voice like whiskey and sin, and a touch that could become an addiction.

A one-night stand with the hottest rock star on the planet, that’s all it was meant to be…

Fox promises scorching heat and dangerous pleasure, coaxing Molly to extend their one-night stand into a one-month fling. After that, he’ll be gone forever, his life never again intersecting with her own. Sex and sin and sensual indulgence, all with an expiration date. No ties, no regrets. Too late, Molly realizes it isn’t only her body that’s become addicted to Fox, but her heart…

BOOK REVIEW

I am a huge fan of Nalini Singh’s writing. She is a beautiful writer and I especially love her Guild Hunter and Psy-Changeling series. Nalini has broadened her genres by writing in contemporary romance.

What I loved about Rock Addiction is Fox. He is extremely sexy and in true Nalini style, written well.

Things move along quickly from the start. Fox swoops in on Molly and BAM insta lust. I didn’t actually mind the insta was immediate because I really loved Zachary Fox.

“Oh?” It was a husky question. “If you don’t know the address, how do you plan on getting there?”

Unable to resist any longer, he bent to the soft, subtle, maddening scent of her and whispered, “That’s why I need a ride, Molly,” his lip ring brushing the shell of her ear. “I don’t know where you live.”

Molly is adorable. I am not sure I really got the feel of her being a librarian because we didn’t really visit that part of her for very long.

Now I am gonna be honest here and seeing as I am not the first to mention this I am going to say there was rather an excess of sex in this book.

OMG!! Did I just say that out loud?

Somebody smack me upside the head.

I love sex.

I love reading sex scenes. I am by far a prude.

I read erotica. I read Olivia Cunning, Sinners on Tour books.

I dig sexy times.

All I am saying is there is A LOT of sex in this book. I was beginning to wonder if Molly got her womanly monthlys. I get that rock dudes like sexy times, but Fox and Molly were knocking boots that much I was beginning to feel a bit like I should leave them to it. I think some of those scenes could have been filled in with more story line.

But only some of those scenes. ;)

The sub character Charlotte I really liked and her boss man. I can see they get a book up next. I am so keen to read Rock Hard, that I have it already. I loved getting little snippets along the way of Molly's best friend.

I can also read the #1.5 novella for David and Thea ( Molly's sis ).

I loved all the sub characters we are introduced to. I can’t wait to read more about all of them and their HEAs.

Man-in-charge-of-everything Maxwell, I really liked him. I’ve been watching Roadies on Netflix and I am now looking at rock bands, groupies and the whole roadie thing with a much clearer understanding.

I really enjoyed this book and am excited to read more in the series.
